These terms apply when you use junkmycar.company or send a request to Junk Car Company through it. Effective September 30, 2026.
Quotes and offers
The form asks us for an offer; it doesn't sell the car. The offer itself comes on the call and depends on the car and its paperwork.
Your information about the car
Please describe the car and its paperwork accurately. You must be the owner of the car, or otherwise have the right to sell it. Without a title, we check the papers you have on the call; Illinois rules decide what counts for a scrap sale.
Pickup and payment
Free towing applies to every car we buy. You're paid on the spot, the day the truck takes the car. Remove your license plates and personal belongings before pickup.
