Only what you type into the quote form: the car's year, make and model, your answer to the title question, your name, your phone number and the pickup address. A hidden field also records that the request started on junkmycar.company.

This site doesn't ask you to create an account and doesn't use a newsletter sign-up.

What your details are used for

To call you about the car you described, make an offer, arrange the pickup and complete the purchase. We don't sell your details, and we don't use them to market unrelated products to you.

Who else handles it

When you press "Get Instant Offer", your details go to a lead-handling service at mw.smartvin.app, which passes them to us so we can call you. Our website host serves the pages and, like most hosts, records standard technical logs such as IP addresses and browser types to keep the site running and secure.

We share details with others only when the law requires it, or when it's needed to complete your sale, such as the paperwork for the vehicle.

Cookies

Junk Car Company doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies on this site. Pages use your browser only to display the site and send the form.

How long we keep it

We keep request details as long as we need them to handle your request and any sale that follows, and to meet record-keeping duties that apply to vehicle purchases.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it, where the law allows. Send the request through the contact page and say it's a privacy request when we call. Don't send the form if you don't want us to call you.
